The electric chain hoist impresses with a wide range of technical features, making it a reliable and versatile solution for a variety of applications:

Load Capacity: Up to 6,300 kg in the 2-strand configuration.
Drive: Powerful 3-phase motor with 2 speeds (standard), designed for 3 x 400 V / 50 Hz.
Control: 42 V low-voltage control for maximum safety and user convenience.
Lifting Height and Control Cable: Equipped with a standard 3 m lifting height and 1.8 m control cable.
Durable and Maintenance-Friendly: Free from sensitive electronics, the chain hoist integrates seamlessly into on-site trolleys or crane systems without requiring special components.
Flexibility: Available with eye or hook suspension. The 360-degree rotatable load hook with a self-locking latch ensures maximum functionality.
Safety: Features a gear limit switch, ergonomic control switch with emergency stop, DC spring-loaded brake, and a slip clutch outside the power flow.
Protection and Durability: With IP 65 protection rating and insulation class F (motor), the hoist offers high resistance to external influences.
Compact Design: Lightweight construction and a compact housing with a low profile make integration into existing systems easy.

T-ECH Varianten

The T-ECH electric chain hoist is designed for load capacities of up to 6.3 t and offers a wide range of applications.
For load capacities up to 1.25 t, the “SF” variants are available, capable of operating at lifting speeds of up to 16 m/min.

The standard variants operate at 8 m/min, while a precise, slower lifting speed of 4 m/min is available for delicate load handling.

We define the load capacities of the T-ECH electric chain hoist based on a default classification of ISO M5 or FEM 2m. This classification corresponds to an average duty cycle of 40% and 240 operating cycles per hour.

In the following tables, you will also find the load capacities for higher or lower classifications.
The default ISO (FEM) classification is highlighted with a dashed outline for clarity.

Customized Special Versions
