Our manual hoists and trolleys comply with the applicable Machinery Directive. The hoists are characterized by low overall heights, solid construction and functionality and are designed for the toughest operating conditions. When developing the hoists, emphasis was placed not only on a long service life, but also on a high level of safety during use.

Depending on the customer's requirements profile, manually operated pulley blocks, ratchet hoists and lever hoists are available. The pulley blocks are always designed with a standard lifting height of 3,000 mm. The length of the operating chain is 2,500 mm in the respective basic version. On request, the pulley blocks can be customized at short notice according to customer specifications with significantly greater lifting distances and operating lengths. transprotec GmbH supplies pulley blocks with load capacities of up to 30 tons and ratchet hoists with a load capacity of up to 9 tons. The standard lifting height of the ratchet hoists is 1,500 mm. transprotec GmbH also offers customized ratchet hoists at short notice. Ratchet hoists can also be supplied in customized chain lengths.

In addition to the standard versions, it is also possible to obtain manual hoists with stainless steel chains and load hooks as well as pulley blocks and ratchet hoists in EX design. Of course, corresponding accessories such as handrail trolleys or reel trolleys are also available.
