An aluminum gantry crane can be purchased as a quick-assembly gantry crane or gantry crane. Thanks to the use of aluminum, the gantry crane has a low dead weight - in conjunction with the sophisticated, plug-in assembly technology, it can be easily assembled and disassembled without special tools. The aluminum gantry crane can be used very flexibly. Depending on the version, it can move loads of up to 5,000 kg with possible beam lengths of up to 8,000 mm.

The aluminum gantry crane is available both for stationary use and in versions that can be moved under load (mobile version). The height and clearance width of each version of the gantry crane can be adjusted. The crane's range of applications is increased by folding side frames, while the double girder version has a maximum clearance height thanks to the lockable trolley on top. The stationary aluminum gantry crane can be converted from a long single girder to a short double girder using divisible girders (the division ratio must be specified when ordering).
Areas of application:
The longest and bulkiest component of a gantry crane is, of course, the aluminum girders, which can be up to 8 m long. As our gantry cranes are also used in mobile applications, the long beams can also be ordered in a divisible or plug-in version.
Stationary aluminum gantry cranes equipped with this divisible girder can, for example, be converted from a gantry crane with a long single girder to a double girder gantry crane of half the length. This is possible because the two girder sections can also be installed individually, both as single and double girders.
You can also order the divisible aluminum girder for the mobile models of the aluminum gantry crane. However, for technical reasons, only the beam section with the slip-on sleeve can be used when converting to a shortened single or double beam.
You can also retrofit existing aluminum gantry cranes from this series with these divisible aluminum beams.

This partial or plug-in aluminum girder is suitable for all mobile or stationary aluminum gantry cranes with single and double girders.

The lightweight and easy-to-install aluminum gantry cranes are available in different versions: As single girders, double girders or 2 t / 3 t double girders. They are all available in two versions: foldable, stationary or mobile under load. The latter version is equipped with four steel swivel castors with heavy-duty polyurethane tread and integrated wheel and slewing ring brakes. The small, medium and high aluminum gantry crane versions also differ in terms of the beam lengths, the dimensions of the lower edges of the aluminum beams and the weight.
Aluminum gantry cranes with folding side frames can optionally be designed to be pluggable or divisible. Both girder sections can then be used as individual girders if required. The standard scope of delivery of the mobile gantry cranes includes aluminum girders, two side frames (one with horizontal adjuster), a lockable trolley as well as documentation and a test book. Please note that lifting gear is not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
